Return Policy

All products sold on this website are considered consumable. In order to protect you and other consumers, we will not be able to return or exchange purchased  and products except for obvious product defects. Before purchasing, please read the relevant text carefully, if you have any questions, please contact us in a timely manner, we will be warmly at your service. If you have any questions about the quality of the item or the way the item is used, please contact our customer service staff directly for answers.

What if the item is obviously defective?

If you find an item with obvious defects within 7 days of delivery, such as obvious cracks, , please take photos or videos in time and send them to us, we will verify with the manufacturer, if it is confirmed to be a defective product, we will return or exchange it. To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must contain all original objects, parts and packaging, and the shipping cost to send it back should be borne by the buyer.

We are unable to return or exchange items that are damaged due to the buyer's personal reasons.  We do also not offer satisfaction returns.

Please contact us via customer service WhatsApp or email, as the items sold are private, all returns will be destroyed and never re-sold in secondary packaging. We will complete the return process by following steps.

1.Product obvious defective problem 

2.Contact customer service

3.Customer provides pictures or video evidence

4.We confirm the audit with the manufacturer

5.Customer service contacts the customer to confirm whether the product can be returned or exchanged

6.The customer sends back the product (complete with spare parts and packaging)

7.We confirm the returned product

8.We send you a new product or refund the purchase price or Store Credit.
